  Whole seeds and
2 Bay leaves -- crushed
1tbDried parsley
3 Cloves garlic -- crushed
1/8tsHot dried red pepper flakes
1tsSalt
1/4tsPepper
65mlWater

1. Mix all the ingredients carfully, let stand for 1 hour, and mix again.

2. Stuff into casings or fry plain.

Difficulty : moderate - patience needed. Precision : measure ingredients.
